TROY — Votes were counted at the conclusion of the Nov. 8, 2022, General Election Tuesday night.

In Miami County, a total of 41,841 votes were cast, which is 54.85% of all registered voters in the county. The Miami County Board of Elections will meet Nov. 22, 2022, to certify the election.

Uncontested races in Miami County were for:

• County Commissioner, Ted S. Mercer, 33,109 votes.

• County Auditor, Matthew W. Gearhardt, 33,130 votes

• Clerk of Courts, Shawn M. Peeples, 32,986 votes
