Upper Valley Career Center Environment Occupations students, Eli Butcher from Jackson Center, Ben Hinds of Fairlawn, and Chase Ashby from Bradford, tap a Maple tree at the Willowbrook area on Monday. The sap from the trees will be processed by students to make Maple syrup. The syrup will be on sale to the public during an open house at Willowbrook this Sunday from 1 until 4 p.m. The center is located on Looney Road.
