Troy firefighters respond to an apartment building in the 300 block of North Dorset in Troy on Thursday morning, Nov. 16, on the report of smoke coming from an upper level apartment. Dispatch said neighbors made the call of the smell of smoke. Firefighters said there was no fire, but they are looking into where the smoke is coming from.
