TIPP CITY — Tipp Monroe Community Services (TMCS) is offering a 3-day watercolor painting class for beginners ages 18 and older on Feb. 10, 17, and 24 from 6-8 p.m. The cost of the 3-day class is $48 resident/$50 nonresident. All supplies are provided.

TMCS is also offering another watercolor painting classes for beginners ages 9-12 from 6-7:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 7. The cost of the class is $10 resident/$17 nonresident. All supplies are provided.

Rusty Harden, artist and owner of A Brush With Rusty, will demonstrate the basic watercolor painting techniques in this “hands on” beginner’s class taught at her studio located at 259 N. Fourth St., Tipp City. Participants will learn about materials and techniques used in watercolor painting. Harden will demonstrate as participants paint.
