Dec. 17
ACCIDENT: An accident with no injuries was reported on the 1100 block of Wayne Street at 7:41 a.m.
THEFT: Officer dispatched to a theft that occurred overnight on the 2600 block of Executive Drive. Investigation in progress.
THEFT: Officers were dispatched to Kroger due to a theft complaint at 4:15 p.m. A male was charged with theft and was trespassed. Richard W. Tubbs, Jr., 44, of Troy, was charged with first-degree misdemeanor theft in connection with this incident.
ACCIDENT: An accident with no injuries was reported on the overpass on West Main Street at 5:30 p.m.
HIT SKIP: A hit skip accident was reported on the overpass on West Main Street at 5:40 p.m.
ACCIDENT: An accident with injuries was reported on the 400 block of Maplecrest Drive at 6:09 p.m.
Dec. 18
ACCIDENT: A private property accident was reported at Kroger at 1 p.m.
ACCIDENT: An officer responded to Taco Bell in reference to a private property accident at 3:19 p.m. Report taken.
TRAFFIC STOP: An officer stopped a vehicle for a equipment violation on the 900 block of West Main Street and arrested one male on multiple warrants at 5:29 p.m. Anthony W. Smith, 44, of Greenville, was picked up on charges of first-degree misdemeanor aggravated menacing and second-degree misdemeanor obstructing official business.
ACCIDENT: At approximately 6:55 p.m., an officer was dispatched to a property damage accident on West Main Street near Norwich Road. On arrival, the officer spoke with both drivers involved. The at-fault driver was cited with marked lanes. The driver of the other vehicle was cited with a registration violation unrelated to the crash.

SEX OFFENSE: A subject reported a sex offense at approximately 3 p.m. A report was taken and referred to the detective section for follow-up.
