Feb. 18

ACCIDENT: An accident with no injuries was reported in the area of Troy Town Drive and West Main Street at 7:27 a.m.

THEFT: Officer was dispatched to a theft complaint on the 1400 block of Lee Road at 9:10 a.m. There are no suspects. A report was taken.

THEFT: Officer dispatched to a theft call at the 700 block of Sherman Avenue at 9:43 a.m.

THEFT: Officer was dispatched to 1300 block of Imperial Court for a report of a theft at 11 a.m. Upon arrival, a report was taken.

INFORMATION: Officer responded to 10 block of North Walnut Street at 11:58 a.m. for hit skip accident. Information report was taken.

ASSIST SQUAD: Female activated her medical alert pendent for an ambulance on the 800 block of South Crawford Street but then tried to refuse to go to the hospital for the fourth time. She was taken to the ER against her wishes and an Application for Emergency Admission was filled out so she could be held. Tina R. Hinton, 51, of Troy, was cited for minor misdemeanor disorderly conduct in connection with this incident.

ACCIDENT: A traffic accident was reported on the 1400 block of W. Market Street at 6:50 p.m.

Feb. 19

ASSIST SQUAD: Officers were dispatched to the 500 block of Trade Square in regard to a male passed out due to drinking alcohol at 1:22 a.m. Male cited for disorderly and underage consumption. Male taken to hospital. Will R. Sargent, 19, of Troy, was charged with first-degree misdemeanor underage offenses and minor misdemeanor disorderly conduct in connection with this incident.

INFORMATION: Vehicles struck each other while inside the car wash at the Magic Tunnel on West Main Street at 2:04 p.m. Information obtained for insurance purposes. Video of the incident saved.

THEFT: Officers took a theft complaint at La Catrina on West Market Street at 3:34 p.m. A few items were stolen out of the victim’s vehicle. William E. Damico, 31, of Troy was picked up on charges of first-degree misdemeanor identity fraud, first-degree misdemeanor misuse of a credit card, and fifth-degree felony receiving stolen property in connection with this incident.

DRUG OFFENSE: Police made a drug possession arrest on the 1200 block of Gettysburg Drive in Troy at 4:12 p.m. Stephen M. Amick, 38, of Troy, was charged with first-degree misdemeanor possession of controlled substances in connection with this incident.

THEFT: A theft was reported at Walmart at 7:50 p.m.

Feb. 20

DISTURBANCE: Troy officers were dispatched to a possible disturbance on the 400 block of Stonyridge Avenue at 12:38 a.m. No arrests were made.

CRIMINAL MISCHIEF: A house and vehicle were egged overnight on the 800 block of Gearhardt Lane.

ACCIDENT: Officer was dispatched to West Main Street and Interstate-75 for a report of a traffic crash with no injuries. Upon arrival, a report was taken and a citation issued.

ACCIDENT: An accident with no injuries was reported in the area of West Main Street and North Monroe Street at 3:52 p.m.

UNRULY JUVENILE: Officer dispatched to an unruly juvenile complaint at Cookson Elementary at 9:04 p.m. An information report was taken.

HIT SKIP: A hit skip accident was reported on the 400 block of Williams Street at 9:06 p.m.
