Feb. 27

WARRANT: Officers located a vehicle in the parking lot of the Royal Inn, which was associated to a female with multiple felony warrants. The female was located in the motel and incarcerated at 1:20 a.m.

THEFT: A theft was reported at Walmart, and it reportedly took place at 10:20 a.m.

HIT SKIP ACCIDENT: A hit skip accident was reported in the Meijer parking lot between 12:30-12:45 p.m.

THEFT: A theft was reported at Walmart at approximately 4 p.m. Debbie R. McGraw, 51, of Dayton, was charged with first-degree misdemeanor theft in connection with this incident.

WELFARE CHECK: An officer was dispatched to the area of West Main Street at the Interstate-75 overpass for a welfare check. Property located and stored at Troy Police Department. Report was taken.

ACCIDENT: A traffic accident with no injuries was reported at 10:10 p.m. in the area of North Ridge Avenue and West Main Street.

Feb. 28

SEX OFFENSE: An officer received a sexual offense complaint regarding a juvenile female. The incident was documented and forwarded to the detective section for further investigation.

TRAFFIC STOP: A traffic stop was conducted near West Market Street and Interstate-75 at approximately 1 a.m. One female was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia and open container.

TELEPHONE HARASSMENT: There was a report of telephone harassment on the 300 block of Lincoln Avenue at approximately 1 a.m. Report was taken and both parties were told not to have contact with each other.

ACCIDENT/OVI: Troy units responded to South Cedar Street in reference to a crash at 5:26 a.m. The driver of the vehicle was arrested for OVI.

HIT SKIP ACCIDENT: A hit skip accident was reported at 11:54 a.m. on the 1400 block of Henley Road.

THEFT: A theft was reported on the 500 block of Crescent Drive at approximately 4 p.m. Officers are investigating.

March 1

WARRANT: Troy units found a male with an active Miami County warrant at or near Waffle House on Archer Drive at 12:53 a.m. The male was arrested and incarcerated.

OVI: A vehicle was stopped for a traffic violation at 2:32 a.m. in the area of West Franklin and South Monroe streets. The driver was found to be driving while impaired. The driver, identified as Ofelia Aguirre, 48, of Troy, was arrested and charged with OVI.

TRAFFIC STOP/DRUG POSSESSION: An officer stopped a vehicle for a traffic offense at 5:25 p.m. in the area of East Canal and South Mulberry streets. The officer issued a court summons the passenger for bulk drugs. Craig R. Conway, Jr., 40, of Troy, is facing charges of second-degree felony possession of methamphetamine, fifth-degree felony distributing dangerous drugs, and fourth-degree misdemeanor drug paraphernalia in connection with this incident.

March 2

SEX OFFENSE: An officer received a report of a possible sex offense. After interviewing all parties involved, the case was marked inactive pending the discovery of additional information.

ACCIDENT: A traffic accident with injuries was reported at 9:13 a.m. in the area of South Ridge Avenue and Drury Lane.

TELEPHONE HARASSMENT: An officer was dispatched to Water Street for a report of a telephone harassment. Upon arrival, a report was taken.

UNRULY JUVENILE/TOBACCO: There was a report of a student smoking tobacco at the Troy Junior High School. After investigation, a juvenile was cited for possession of tobacco.

PRISONER TRANSPORT: An officer was dispatched to Huber Heights to transport a male to the Miami County Jail on a Troy warrant.

UNRULY JUVENILE: An officer came in contact with a subject in reference to an unruly juvenile report. A juvenile subject was charged with unruly juvenile at approximately 1:30 p.m.

FRAUD: An officer was dispatched to a fraud complaint at approximately 2:30 p.m. on Nutmeg Square. A report was taken.

INFORMATION: An officer was dispatched to an unruly juvenile complaint at 4:42 p.m. on Archer Drive, and a information report was completed.

ACCIDENT: A private property accident was reported at approximately 5 p.m. at Walmart.

SEX OFFENSE: Officer was dispatched to a sex offense at 7:40 p.m. Suspect was taken into custody.

DISTURBANCE: Officer responded to the area of the Leaf and Vine for a report of a disturbance at 11:37 p.m. An adult male was cited for open container.
