March 25

HARASSMENT: There was a report of telecommunications harassment at 7:50 a.m. on Brukner Drive. Police attempted to reach the other party with no answer.

THEFT: Officer was dispatched to the Troy Center on Crescent Drive for a report of a theft of medication at 12:18 p.m. Upon arrival, a report was taken.

SUSPICIOUS: Police dispatched to a suspicious complaint on West Main Street at 2:37 p.m. Charges filed. A male juvenile was charged with third-degree misdemeanor in connection with this incident.

BURGLARY COMPLAINT: Police dispatched to the 500 block of Staunton Commons Drive for a burglary complaint at 4:56 p.m. An adult male was located inside the residence. The male was incarcerated on multiple warrants and possessing drug abuse instruments; report completed.

CIVIL DISPUTE: Police responded on a child custody dispute at 5:16 p.m. Father had to turn the child over to mother. Children Services notified and a report taken.

ACCIDENT: There was a report of an accident with no injuries near Circle K on West Main Street at 5:21 p.m.

UNRULY JUVENILE: There was a report of an unruly juvenile complaint at 8:48 p.m. This is an active case.

OVI: Officers made contact with a male in a vehicle near Union and Racer Street at 11:13 p.m. After investigation, one male was cited for OVI and drug paraphernalia. David C. Werst, 34, of Troy, was charged with first-degree misdemeanor OVI, first-degree misdemeanor drug paraphernalia, and second-degree misdemeanor possessing drug abuse instruments in connection with this incident.

March 26

TRAFFIC STOP: Officer conducted a traffic stop at North Market Street and Troy Street at 3:03 a.m. Operator issued citations for speed and open container. OVI charges pending submitted lab results.

ACCIDENT AND OVI: Police dispatched to the 600 block of East Franklin Street for a traffic crash at 7:02 p.m. An adult male was charged with OVI. A report was completed.

DISTURBANCE: Police dispatched to a disturbance on the 1100 block of East Canal Street at 9:17 p.m. Charges filed and report taken. Jason C. Kilpatrick, 48, of Troy, was cited for minor misdemeanor disorderly conduct in connection with this incident.

WARRANT: A male with an active warrant was located at Kettering-Troy Hospital at 9:45 p.m. The male was incarcerated and report completed.

March 27

TRAFFIC STOP: Police conducted a traffic stop on West Main Street at Menke Park at 12:05 a.m. Operator of vehicle was placed under arrest for OVI and charged with speed, marked lanes, and underage consumption. Emma E. Rupert, 19, of Troy, was charged with first-degree misdemeanor OVI and first-degree misdemeanor underage offenses in connection with this incident.

PRIVATE PROPERTY CRASH: Police responded to the Budget Inn at 1330 Archer Dr. in reference to a private property crash at 1:38 p.m. Both parties exchanged information, and a traffic citation was issued for driving under suspension.

TRESPASSING: A trespassing complaint was made at Penn Station on West Main Street at 5:33 p.m. Tyler D. Hudson, 23, of Troy, was charged with fourth-degree misdemeanor in connection with this incident.

March 28

HARASSMENT: There was a report of a telecommunications harassment complaint on Dixie Drive at 1:11 a.m.
