TROY — Part of East Simpson Street in Troy will be closed to through traffic on Thursday, May 16.

East Simpson Street, from South Market to South Mulberry Streets, is expected to be closed on Thursday from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m. to conduct asphalt repairs.
