TROY — Part of East Franklin Street will be closed on Wednesday, April 24, to through traffic due to water line installation.

According to the city of Troy, East Franklin Street from Walnut to Mulberry Streets is expected to be closed on Wednesday from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m. Local residents will have access to their property during the entire closure.
