TIPP CITY — The Tippecanoe boys basketball team improved to 14-4 overall and 13-2 in the MVL with a 64-50 win over Xenia Wednesday night.

Milton-Union 65,

Northridge 49

DAYTON — The Milton-Union boys basketball team improved to 17-4 overall and 10-3 in the TRC.

Blake Brumbaugh led Milton with 19 points, six rebounds, four assists and three steals.

Cooper Brown had 16 points and six rebounds and Connor Yates had 11 points and seven rebounds.

Tyler Kress dished out four assists.

Riverside 63,

Covington 58

DEGRAFF — The Covington boys basketball team dropped to 5-15 overall and 2-11 in the TRC.

Owen Boehringer led the Buccs with 25 points.

Carter Maxson scored 11 points and Bryson Hite added nine points.

Arcanum 55,

Newton 47

ARCANUM — The Newton boys basketball team dropped to 11-8 overall and 6-4 in the TRC.

Quinn Peters led Newton with 16 points.

Chandler Peters had 13 points and five assists and Harold Oburn added eight points and nine rebounds.

Hudson Montgomery scored seven points.

GIRLS

Covington 56,

Lehman 26

COVINGTON — The Covington girls basketball team closed out the regular season by clinching a share of the TRC title at home.

Covington improved to 19-4 overall and finished 12-2 in the TRC to share the title with Bethel.

Lehman Catholic dropped to 7-14 overall and 4-9 in the TRC.

Claudia Harrington led Covington with 18 points.

Claire Fraley scored 11 points and Maggie Anderson added eight points.

Gracie Anderson netted seven points and Carlie Besecker added six points.

Heidi Toner led Lehman with 13 points.

Miami East 43,

Fairlawn 30

CASSTOWN — The Miami East girls basketball team improved to 15-6 with a regular season win.

Camryn Francis had seven points and seven rebounds and Paxton Hunley had seven points and five steals.

Maryn Gross scored seven points and McKayah Musselman had six points and five rebounds.

Kayly Fetters pulled down six rebounds.
