A trio of grass trucks work to douse a field fire in the 5000 block of Troy0Urbana Road on Monday afternoon. Fletcher, Casstown, Christiansburg, and Johnson/St Paris responded to the fire, which burned approximately five acres of standing soy beans. There were no injuries. Fire units were on the scene for about an hour.
