WEST MILTON — Kevin Scott King, age 62, of West Milton, passed away on Sunday, January 31, 2021.

TROY — Michael Lee Kindell, age 64 of Troy, passed away Wednesday, January 20. Memorial service 1:00PM Saturday, February 6 at Fisher-Cheney Funeral Home, Troy.

PIQUA — Margaret (Peg) Hance was born on May 5, 1922 in Bascom, to the late Vernon and Lucille Hedges. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert M. Hance, Jr. in 2000, brothers, Vernon Hedges, Jr. and David Hedges and sisters Jean McDade and Dorrine Matz.

PIQUA — William W. Caserta, age 88, of Piqua went home to be with the Lord at 11:45 AM on Saturday, January 30, 2021. Bill was born to the late Charles Caserta and Nunziatina (Nancy) Cipriano on June 11, 1932 in Piqua. He is preceded in death by his wife, Nancy (Chronerberry) Caserta. They were married in Piqua on January 26, 1957.

TROY — Gregory P. Nichols, age 57, of Troy, passed away on Saturday, January 30, 2021 at Hospice of Miami County Inpatient Unit in Troy. Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Baird Funeral Home.

GREENVILLE — Daniel Solomon Wagner was born February 16, 1930 to Clay and Orpha (Price) Wagner. He peacefully, passed to his eternal reward the afternoon of January 31, 2021, at the age of 90 years, 11 months, 15 days. Most of that time was spent building his treasure where neither moth nor rust doth corrupt, and where thieves do not break through nor steal.

TROY — Robert H. “Bob” Hornberger, age 76, of Troy, passed away on Sunday, January 31, 2021 at his residence. He was born on May 22, 1944 in Homestead, PA to the late William and Louise (Haney) Hornberger.

TROY — Rick Steven Drake, age 58, was born June 18th 1962 at Stouder hospital in Troy Ohio. Rick passed away January 12th, 2021 at Christ Hospital in Cincinnati Ohio due to complications with covid-19 and pneumonia.

PIQUA — Tammy Sue James, 57, of Piqua, passed away Monday, February 1, 2021, at Soin Medical Center. She was born November 9, 1963, in Piqua, the daughter of James C. & Patricia J. (Wertz) Schneider of Piqua.

TROY — Dorothy H. Laufer, age 102 of Troy, passed away on Saturday, January 30, 2021 at the home of her daughter Kathleen. She was born on October 29, 1918 in Fort Laramie, OH to the late Anthony and Edith (Nabor) Toller.
