Bethel Board of Education to meet

Piqua City Commission to meet

PIQUA — The Piqua City Commission will meet on Tuesday, March 15, at 6 p.m. in the City Commission Chamber at the Piqua Municipal Government Complex Building, 201 W. Water St., Piqua.

Piqua City Commission to hold work session

PIQUA — The Piqua City Commission has scheduled a work session to be held on Tuesday, March 15, at 6:30 p.m. to discuss the following topics: Looney Road lane configuration and Piqua’s role in annual Water and Sewer Rate Survey.

The meeting will be held in the Commission Chamber on the second floor of the Municipal Government Complex located at 201 W. Water Street.

Troy Board of Education to meet

TROY — The Troy Board of Education will hold its regular monthly meeting at 5:30 p.m. Monday, March 14 in the Troy Junior High School library, located at 556 Adams St., Troy.

Covington Board of Education to meet

COVINGTON —The Covington Board of Education will meet at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 16, in the Elementary Media Center, 807 Chestnut St., Covington.

Tri-County Board to meet

TROY — The Tri-County Board of Recovery and Mental Health Services will meet at 6:45 p.m. on Wednesday, March 16, in the Helmlinger Board Room at the Board office at 1100 Wayne Street, Suite 4000, Troy. The Finance Committee will meet at the same location beginning at 6 p.m.

Food Insecurity Alliance announces March pop-up

PIQUA — The Miami County Food Insecurity Alliance will be providing a contact-free pop-up pantry with Shared Harvest Foodbank on Saturday, March 26, from 10 a.m. to noon. Food for 400 households will be available at the Upper Valley Career Center, Adult Technology Center 8901 Looney Rd., Piqua.

The Miami County Food Insecurity Committee releases this list of Miami County emergency food resources, food pantries, carryout meals, and other general assistance available to the public. The list can be found at http://go.osu.edu/miamifood

The Miami County Food Insecurity Committee is chaired by Aimee Shannon of Health Partners Free Clinic and advised by Alisha Barton of Ohio State University Extension Miami County.

Craft Listeners on Mondays

WEST MILTON – Crafty Listeners is held every Monday at 1 p.m. with the exception of April 18 at the Milton-Union Public Library. This Audiobook Club works on individual craft projects while listening to music or an audiobook. Feel free to bring lunch or snacks. All are welcome.
