TUESDAY

-10:27 p.m.: disturbance/fight. Deputies responded to a report of a disturbance/fight in the 6000 block of state Route 40 in Brandt.

-3:26 p.m.: theft. Deputies responded to a report of theft at Apple Farm Service Inc on Versailles Road in Newberry Township. A check for $20,673.76 was sent to another business. The check was intercepted by another individual and cashed.

-2:53 p.m.: theft. Deputies responded to a report of theft at Fulton Farms Market on state Route 202 in Staunton Township. Two trailers were taken from the property approximately 30 days ago.

-12:24 p.m.: fraud. Deputies responded to a report of fraud in the 7000 block of state Route 40 in Bethel Township.

-9:16 a.m.: theft. Deputies responded to a report of theft in the 4000 block of Frederick-Garland Road in West Milton. A four wheeler was reported stolen from an open garage.
