PIQUA — The Miami County Veterans Services Office will be at the city of Piqua Municipal Government Complex on Friday, Nov. 3, from 11 a.m. to 1 pm.. handing out green light bulbs.

They are giving away 200 green light bulbs as they invite us to join Operation Green Light to show support for veterans.

“By shining a green light, our residents will let veterans know that they are seen, appreciated and supported,” said a city of Piqua news flash. “If you are interested, come in on Nov. 3 to receive a free green light bulb and then show support by turning on a green light from Nov. 6-12.”
