TUESDAY

-6:47 p.m.: theft. Officers responded to a report of theft in the 1000 block of Boone Street.

-5:09 p.m.: theft. Officers responded to a report of theft in the 1300 block of South Street.

-12:43 p.m.: theft. Timothy E. Smith, 41, of Piqua, was charged with theft and possession of methamphetamine.

-12:14 p.m.: assault. Stephan M. Herron, 20, of Piqua, was charged with assault.

-10:45 a.m.: theft. Officers responded to a report of theft in the 400 block of Adams Street.

MONDAY

-6:19 p.m.: theft. Officers responded to a report of theft in the 500 block of West High Street.

-5:33 p.m.: theft. Officers responded to a report of theft at the Piqua Pubic Library.

-5:33 p.m.: theft. Officers responded to a report of theft in the 800 block of South Roosevelt Avenue.

-4:53 p.m.: theft. Officers responded to a report of theft in the 100 block of Alpha Drive.

-2:50 p.m.: fraud. Officers responded to a report of fraud in the 500 block of Vine Street. An unknown male subject attempted to cash a fake check.
