Jan. 18

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: Officer dispatched to a third party domestic complaint in reference to a male striking a woman while inside a moving vehicle. Vehicle was located traveling through Tipp City and stopped. Male, Miquel Berrien, 39, of Troy, was arrested and charged with domestic violence and unlawful restraint.

DUI: Joshua Jump, 28, of Piqua, was charged with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs following a traffic stop in the 700 block of Park Avenue.

FALSE ALARM: Timothy White, 32, of Piqua, was charged with making false alarms to emergency agency.

ROBBERY: Officer dispatched to Marathon, 226 W. Water St., to a robbery in progress in reference to an unknown male demanding money from the store clerk. The male was unable to make away with any money or items and fled the area prior to officer arrival. Case is currently pending further investigation.

Jan. 19

THEFT: Caitlyn Adams, 24, of Piqua, was charged with theft from Walmart.

DOMESTIC VIOLENCE: Christopher Butt, 29, of Piqua, was charged with domestic violence.

Jan. 20

ENDANGERING CHILDREN: Complainant advised she found a small child wandering along in the street with pajamas on. Father was located passed out on couch. Jordan Loop, 32, was charged with child endangerment.
