April 7

ASSAULT: Olivia McGill, 26, of Troy, was charged with fourth-degree felony assault.

OVERDOSE: Elizabeth Keeton, 34, of Troy, was charged with inducing panic following an apparent overdose.

April 8

THEFT: Cody Conard, 31, of Troy, was charged with theft and criminal trespassing.

April 9

OVERDOSE: Megan Grove, 34, of Troy, was charged with inducing panic after she apparently overdosed in the 900 block of Kent Lane. She was treated at Kettering Hospital.

April 10

FOUND PROPERTY: A subject turned in a pistol and a revolver that was found.

FAKE CASH: A subject tried to pass a fake $100 at the Kroger gas station.

OVI: Journie Conrad, 37, of Troy, was cited for OVI and a blood alcohol level of 0.209 percent in the area of Motel 6.

April 11

ASSAULT: Lewis France Jr., of Troy, was cited for criminal damaging and assault in the area of Garden Manor apartments.

April 12

DISORDERLY: Adam Rohrer, 34, of Troy, was charged with inducing panic and disorderly conduct.

POSSESSION: Leann Carr, of Troy, was cited for possession of marijuana paraphernalia.

POSSESSION: Donald Julian, 38, of Greenville, was cited for possession of a drug abuse instrument.

April 13

TRESPASSING: Rose Hicks, 33, of Piqua, was cited for trespassing.

April 15

PROPERTY: A toolbox was found in the 700 block of Staunton Road.

THEFT: A package was reported stolen in the 1300 block of Imperial Court.

CHILD ENDANGERING: Cory Hogan, 26, and Sierra Hoban, 19, both of Troy, were both charged with child endangering.

BURGLARY: Clinton Wintrow, 29, of Troy, was charged with first-degree felony aggravated burglary and domestic violence in the 800 block of Grant Street.

BURGLARY: Jesus Lines-Lucas, 38, of Troy, was charged with fourth-degree felony burglary.

April 16

THEFT: A theft was reported in the 200 block of East Franklin Street.

JUVENILE ISSUE: Officers were dispatched to the skate park in reference to juveniles in the area. The juveniles were warned for being in violation of the Ohio Department of Health’s Stay at Home order and turned over to their parents.

April 17

RECEIVING STOLEN PROPERTY: Todd Peay, 48, of Dawes, West Virginia, was charged with fourth-degree felony receiving stolen property. Lori Foster, 30, of Miami, West Virginia, was cited for fifth-degree felony possession of controlled substances, forgery and trafficking counterfeit substances. She was also charged with carrying a concealed weapon, drug abuse instrument and drug paraphernalia. Troy officers found a stolen vehicle. Both were incarcerated.
