TROY — The Troy boys basketball team got past Fairborn 47-45 in MVL action Tuesday night.

Troy, 7-8 overall and 7-5 in the MVL, will play at Vandalia-Butler Friday night and travel to Fairborn Saturday night.

Troy led 8-4, 16-14 and 35-25 at the quarter breaks.

Noah Davis led the Trojans with 15 points and seven rebounds.

Isaac Phillips had eight points and seven rebounds and Quinton Farris and Charlie Walker scored eight points each.

Zach King added six points, 10 rebounds and three blocked shots and Kellen Miller had two blocked shots.

Piqua 58,

Xenia 38

XENIA — The Piqua boys basketball team completed a season sweep of Xenia Tuesday night in MVL action.

Piqua, 7-7 overall and 6-4 in the MVL, will host West Carrollton Friday night before playing at West Carrollton Saturday night.

Dre’Sean Roberts led Piqua with 16 points, seven rebounds and five assists.

Tanner Kemp scored 12 points and Bryson Roberts added nine points and five rebounds.

Caleb Lyons added six points and six rebounds and Anson Cox had eight rebounds and four blocked shots.

Tippecanoe 56,

W. Carrollton 41

TIPP CITY — The Tippecanoe boys basketball team improved to 10-2 overall and 9-1 in the MVL with a home win to maintain first place.

Tipp led 18-14, 29-19 and 36-32 at the quarter breaks.

Stanley Clyne had 19 points, eight rebounds and six steals and Josh Dietz added 11 points.

Gavin Gsrlitz had eight points, five assists and four steals and Cole Coppock scored six points.

Luke Hoover had five rebounds and two blocked shots and Liam Poronsky had four steals.

Riverside 33

TROY — Troy Christian boys basketball team improved to 13-3 overall and 9-1 in the TRC.

The Eagles led 16-12, 32-16 and 47-23 at the quarter breaks.

Parker Penrod scored 15 points and Ben Major added 11 points.

Lucas Day had nine points and three steals and Alex Free had eight points, six rebounds, four assists and four steals.

Connor Frey had seven points, Chase Dohme had five assists and four steals and Frank Rupnik pulled down five rebounds.

Miami East 62,

Milton-Union 55

CASSTOWN — The Miami East boys basketball team got a home win in TRC action.

Miami East is 9-5 overall and 6-3 in the TRC, while Milton-Union drops to 13-4 overall and 7-3 in the TRC.

Wes Enis had 25 points and nine rebounds for the Vikings, while Jacob Roeth had 20 points, eight rebounds, nine assists and four steals.

Mitchel Kemp had six points and 10 rebounds and Connor Apple had five rebounds and four assists.

Cooper Brown had 22 points, seven rebounds and seven assists for the Bulldogs.

Blake Brumbaugh had 16 points, eight rebounds and four assists and Connor Yates had 10 points, five rebounds and two blocked shots.

Landon Bechtel added five assists.

Bethel 48,

Lehman 45 OT

SIDNEY — The Bethel boys basketball team picked up a road overtime win in TRC action Tuesday night.

Bethel is 8-8 overall and 7-3 in the TRC, while Lehman Catholic dropped to 8-8 overall and 2-7 in the TRC.

The game was tied 12-12 after one quarter.

Bethel led 21-19 at halftime and 33-32 after three quarters.

The game was tied at 41 at the end of regulation.

Casey Keesee led Bethel with 26 points and Mike Halleg added seven points.

Donovan O’Leary had 13 points and six assists for Lehman.

Michael McFarland had 10 points and Justin Chapman grabbed 10 rebounds.

Russia 63,

Newton 55

RUSSIA — The Newton boys basketball team dropped to 9-6 on the season.

Russia led 17-9, 27-20 and 47-37 at the quarter breaks.

Chandler Peters led Newton with 19 points.

Harold Oburn had a double-double with 14 points, 13 rebounds and two blocked shots.

Quinn Peters scored nine points and Hudson Montgomery added eight points and four assists.

Quinton Smith grabbed five rebounds.
