First Responders receive candy donation

Representatives from the Piqua Police Department and Piqua Fire Department gather on Wednesday afternoon to accept a donation of candy to be handed out during Trick-or-Treat on Thursday evening. Businesses and individuals contributing to the city departments this year include Elite Etc; Craig Flitcraft; Mike Lumpkin; Koverman, Staley, Dickerson Insurance; This and That Candy on Main; and Tom and Cindy Lillicrap.
