TROY — Troy City Schools Superintendent Chris Piper will host an informational meeting regarding the upcoming bond issue, that will appear on the Nov. 7 ballot, at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 24, in the Van Cleve Sixth Grade Building gymnasium.

Troy Christian High School has announced is 2023 homecoming court, which includes Addilynn Buschur, left to right, Austen Taylor, Karis Miller, Harley Strayer, Emmy Swartz, Marek Bollinger, Annie Twiss, Parker Penrod, Jillian Gerig, Vaughn King, Kathleen Johnson and Paul McDonald. The homecoming dance will be held on Saturday, Oct. 14, at 8:30 10:30 p.m. at the Arbogast Performing Arts Center.

TROY — Tonight is the Meet the Candidate Night, which is sponsored by the Troy Chamber of Commerce and Leadership Troy Alumni. The event will be held at the Troy Junior High School cafeteria on Tuesday, Oct. 10, at 7 p.m.

PIQUA — Downtown Piqua’s annual fall celebration will take over the streets of downtown Piqua next Saturday, Oct. 14, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

CENTERVILLE — The Friends of the Washington-Centerville Public Library (WCPL) will hold a fall treasure chest book sale from Oct. 19 to 21, at the Centerville Library, 111 W. Spring Valley Road.
