City of Troy West Main closure update
TROY — In an on-going effort to keep downtown Troy businesses, residents and visitors informed as to the latest status of the West Main Street closure, the city of Troy is providing a weekly update each Wednesday until the Cherry Street to Plum Street block reopened to vehicles.
New fall classes at Hayner begins Sept. 3

Dye Mill Road CSX railroad crossing closed the week of Aug. 21
TROY — Dye Mill Road in Troy is scheduled to be closed to through traffic at the CSX railroad tracks crossing from Monday, Aug. 21 to Friday, Aug. 25.
Adding to the bike path
A memorial bench is being constructed on the right side of the river bank on Adams Street in Troy in honor of William Lukens, and memory of William Hobart, by Miami Conservancy District (MCD) project Supervisor Raymond Burton, right, and project crew member William Birteil. When complete along with the bench will be a kiosk with information about the bike trail, a bike rack and a trash can. The project is being funded by MCD, the Troy Rotary Club, the city of Troy and the Troy Foundation.
